ok, just found these suckers:
17 FHR, 36 life, 10 cold res, 13 fire res, 25% PLR plated belt (60 STR, level 18)
+2 javelin, 76% ED, 18 max damage, knockback, replenish quantity pilum (level 30)
118% ed, +2 max damage, 109 AR simbilan (level 25)

I'd guess the belt is pretty solid, not sure about the javelins.
