I'm not too sure how the hell he got ahold of it but some idiot had an 1.09 azure wrath. First I offered a 213 e carapace with a 40/15 max in it (useless to me) for it and he responded "Ohh thats so crappy, its the plus skills that matter." It was at that point I remebered my extra 2 bo cta and arach I had laying around and offered him that. F*CKING BINGO!!!
By far the worst trade I've ever seen.

i'd gladly pay some useless "high trade" itams that i wasn't using for something like that, wich is by far more uncommon, and of 1000000000000% more use to me.

doesnt it have a base speed of 0 so you cant get 5 frame zeal on a lvl 18 with it?

you wouldnt use it on a 18 most likey. More of a 15 weapon

Is the lvl req always 15 or is that just because of the ith it is socketed with?

Yes, the ith rune increaes the level req to 15. It is usually level 13 req.

ya i saw a nasty lvl 13 pala with the azure, ck, angelics etc etc. by that lvl you can use +5 stat large charms also
