This build focuses on the crushing blow ability of smite to wear down my opponent and high ar sacrafice to finsh the job. Using might only against casters and smiters.

Questions:
*Should i try to get an eth Ancient armor of self repair /w 2 OS instead of the 4 OS?
*Does my ar need improvement?
*How can i improve my ar?
*Should i use might while im finishing them off? (it'll add 29 pvp damage vs 450 defence)
*will i be viable out there against most classes?

if you can get 35ish AR on each max/AR jewel, your AR will be much higher than 1200. on my sac/defiance pally, my pick has 221AR, my crown has 115AR, my shield has 120AR, and both my rings are 90+AR. i do not have any AR on my armor nor do i have any AR on any of my charms and my final AR is in the mid 1500s.

just a little tip which i'm sure you'd do anyway but failed to mention in your post - when you face a cold user and switch out sig's belt for death's, make sure you switch out sig's gloves for death's as well so that you don't lose the ias bonus.

for your smiter switch, i'd go with a strong (boosts defense) tower shield of deflection with 2x dtm jewels (or 2x mana jewels, your call - remember that 10 mana is the most on a level 9 jewel). you said that you'd go with a crown shield (i think you meant rondache) but when you're smiting, you don't need the AR so just go with big defense.

i have yet to see a useful rare vlld armor so i would hold out on this. make the 4 socket ancient and if you so happen to find the eth ancient, try it and see how it works. i honestly don't know if it would improve your build much - you'd gain perhaps 300 defense but the damage loss could make a big difference; like i said, i'm not sure.
*Does my ar need improvement?
well, like i said above, your AR will be a lot higher than you estimated. i actually suggest using a high damage jewel as your fourth jewel in your armor instead of a max/AR jewel. personally, i don't like to mix and match mods on jewels when socketing. i feel that max/AR jewels should go with max/AR jewels and damage jewels should go with damage jewels. for my sac/defiance pally, i went with three x to y damage/-req jewels and one 13max jewel. final mods on it are 12-38dmg/-45req.
*How can i improve my ar?
don't get too hung up on your AR, don't forget about the diminishing returns on it - an increase from 1500 to 1600 is less effective than an increase from 1400 to 1500. in other words, as you get more and more AR, you have to increase it more and more to get the same benefits.

i'd only use might against smiters and any casters you face.
*will i be viable out there against most classes?
are you a sac/smite hybrid or are you a smiter with nice finishing gear? i'd say your a hybrid because smiters rely on high life and huge dtm (my old smiter had 700 life and 41 dtm).

Yeah it seems like a pretty decent build. Well thought out. I would agree with bx to not mix types of jewels, but I think that's just me being picky. Btw bx, would you mind sharing how much def/dmg/str your pally has? I have a sac pally right now, but he uses might, and your build sounds interesting. It'd be a long time before I get good jewels to remake this guy though

unfortunately, one of my jewels has 20 poison damage - i hate the look of green letters.
anti, i don't use sig's boot/belt/glove combo so your defense will be higher than mine if you go that route.

holy crap... how'd you get 900 damage? with all those resists too... god damn... thats an average of what? 11 - 12 max damage jewels?
there is no way i'm going to be able to measure up to you...
damn... ave damage of almost 100 (pvp) per hit with 1500 ar... thats some nice gear... how much do those 12 maxers with ar cost anyway?

I'm lucky to find a 9 maxer!!! Got the sup rondache (bare it is 55 ed, 120 ar) and the sup crown...and nothing else! Had 120 def sup light plate (3s) but threw it away after seeing your shit!

Very very nice build imo, since most lvl 9s can put on dr ( rings etc) on and negate smites last hit but with that setup you can finish em witth your almighty sac although i wouldnt put so many in sac and put them in might, but i guess that would be stupid b/c of lower ar... oh and for the ar thing 1400 ar is more than enough, my lvl 18's zeal ar is only 2087 atm and i can hit 10k def builds pretty easily.
