Alright I'm going for 50% slow here.
Helm: Cerebus Bite
Shield: Medusa's Gaze
Armor: Bramble
Gloves: Trang
Boots: Gores
Belt: Nosferatu's Coil (Dungos If I get my Coldsteel Eye)
Weapon: I'm not sure yet, I might try to get an uppd Coldsteel Eye if I do I'll switch belts.
Rings: Carrion
Amu: Metalgrid
Skills:
Max Lycanthropy
Max Rabies
Max Fury
Max Heart of Wolverine (for AR Purposes mostly)
rest into Werewolf (mostly likely going to 80-86)

I'd personally go with Jalal's for helm, because without it your missing out on 30 all resists, fhr, 2 to ALL druid skills etc, its jsut a muchos better helm :p. The rest of your reists im thinking will have to be made up with resistance charms, and Um's in your gear, unless your poison faceting it.

I was considering Jalals but I think im going for cerebus mainly because of open wounds and the large percent to AR it gives.
