Palidan Lvl 9 that focuses on defence and min damage

i'd have gear similar to this

-15% ed 4 os Ancient Armor
-6 os military pick with ar or ed
-15% 3 os ed Crown
-Sturdy Bone Shield of Deflecting /w 2 OS
-Jewelry /w replenish life ar and str
-Switch between sigons and death gloves / belt depending on if there is any cold damage present
-high defence and str boots
----All sockets are given min damage jewels

My problem is, how do i get 100 str? Even with jewelry and all points into str i'm still at like 90... Do i waste some charm space for it? or is there some better way to do it?

Oh.. And what does an 8 min damage jewel cost in any type of currancy?

use min/-req jewels....go use sigons gloves/boots and -30 the ancient.

Get Max/-Req Jwls instead of Plain ED Jwls the -req should get the str pretty low

the dmg on each jewel must be an avg of +5min (or higher) in order for your build to be as powerfull as +9maxers

this can only happen on a vlld jewel with two mods "scarlet" and "of joyfulness"

perfection is +8mins

a build that uses all +8min dmg jewels will expeirence avg dmg as if they had used Max dmg jewels that avg +15 to 16 per jewel.. 2 more on each jewel then what is possible with vlld 14maxer

i have a Min dmg Defience zealot (norm rush only) wich is lvl 14, he has 270 dmg each zeal 6XX life and 950def when using sigons (760 with deaths sash). the only thing i could afford was +4min dmg on jewels. had i used +8mins i would hit about 530 each zeal.

as said make an ancient armor with two really nice min/-15%rea jewels to get it to 70str.
get 60str and the sigons gloves give +10 to = 70
add boots and belt for the 100def = good

hum, as fun as my vlld assassin was, i took on many of the pallies. B[x] went an evil smiter -.- and Rampy massed Ar. But id say going defense ish would be nice.

a defiance mini pally just really isn't too possible without the best of jewels (8min/-req). in my opinion, a defiance pally shouldn't have more than 55str (3x -req jewels in an ancient armor). i made a mini dmg pally with might using a 30min/-30req gothic armor. i also used a 22min mask and a 30 min ed/AR rondache. basically, my gear was as good as you can realistically get it. the only problem that i had with this build was that because both mods on magic jewels went towards min dmg, i didn't have any min/AR jewels. because of this, my AR was terrible. to remedy this situation, i just took a pick and stuck 6x flawed amethysts in it. the build was actually quite good and i think worked better than my mini dmg sin. my dmg was in the mid 500s, my AR was in the mid 1500s and my life was around 470 i believe. all in all, not a bad build and it was fun, just not very practical.

if you do plan on making this, i strongly suggest going with an ed/AR rondache over the strong bsod. the bsod will only get around 40ish defense where the pally shield will get 20ish. you'll lose about 40 defense after the defiance bonus but the AR you would lose if you went with the bsod would just be too great.
