I'm thinking about 80 life belt vs. 15%/15mdr string. I know the 15% will help more than 80 vs physical, but will 15mdr help more than 80 to life vs casters?

After 6 hits, the MDR will have reduced 90 damage, so by that point the string would be more useful. However, if you can only take 5 hits or less, the 80 life would be better.

You'll probably be able to take more than 5 hits in duels from an LLD legal caster, so go with the string.

Ya I already thought of it that way but then I thought of it this other way and it was weird ! Anywho.. do you think ishould keep 80 life belt in stash for vs high lvl nec and sorc since they do more dmg? my guy is lvl 35 so i don't fight lld's as much as i do lvl 60+
