Kick/WoF hybrid, I had one of these before I quit and saw one in the picture pages and thought "Why not make another one?". The only problem is...I can't remember how I built her/what equips she used.

So these are my ideas:

Stats:

Str - Enough for gear
Dex - Enough for MB with rhyme
Vit - The rest.
Energy - No.

Charms would be life scs obviously.

Skills:

Enough BoS to hit a decent kick speed
1 point into mb/shadow warrior/claw block
enough points into talon to hit a decent kick # (how many kicks should I aim for?)
rest in WoF/synergies
(would 1 into dflight be useful?)

Gear:

Character would use multiple gear sets.

VS casters:

Pskulled vmagi/sshroud (depending on if I need the FCR or not)
+2 traps/good mods ammy
2x Sojs
Pskulled Pcrown (or a nice circ, if I can get one)
life belt/caster belt
magefists
gtoes (for some CB incase they get close) or should I go for some rare war boots since the CB% will be low and a decent kick damage would do better?
2x trap claws


VS melee:

Sol'd pcrown/Trap circ. For smiters/kickers: 3x Sol'd helm
Rattlecage (CB%)
SoE
Trap ammy/Soj/Angelics (depending on how much AR I need I'll switch around)
Rare war boots or Gtoes (damage/cb%)
Rhyme or Eld'd swordback (depending on if I need CBF)
Magefists/Bfists
As for weapon: Should I stick with a trap claw or go with a strength claw?

The setup would either be: strength claw/rattlecage/warboots
or trap claw/rattlecage/gtoes

Insight on switch.

I'm assuming that I could use venom claws instead of investing points so 2x prebuff venom claws in stash.

Obviously I'd keep stuff like hotspurs in stash for bmers...

Some more questions:

Q: Could I craft a level 30 or less set of CB gloves? If so how much CB% would I have and could I get nice mods along with the CB?

Q: I haven't played in a while so I can't remember this...can non magic claws spawn with skills? I was pretty sure they could if they were "elite" but my memory is terrible.

Q: When dealing with high levels would a prayer/hfreeze merc with an insight be able to do anything? If so, how should I equip him?

Any suggestions/ideas/answers?

non magic claws can have skills and sockets.

I think this would be a very hard character to make work at low levels. At high levels it works because the mindblast duration is high enough so that wof stuns for a long time. This allows you to get in kicks before they recover from the sun. At level 30 the duration will be too low. It might work to have a kicker with maxed mindblast, but i'm still not sure that the duration would be enough.

I wouldn't bother trying to go 50/50 with wof and kick. Wof will do crappy damage and you'll just be left with a weak kicker.
