is it possible for a paladin shield to be an artisan's shield of deflecting, and still have the ed/ar mods?

and if so, would a build using that shield with 3 max damage jewels and 4 socket armor be more effective than a twitch/4socket shield build? i'm not sure if zeal requires the 20% ias on twitch to hit the next fpa bp, or even if it doesn't if the 3 extra max damage jewels make it worth it, especially if they're 23-24 max's.

pally use twitch for 20ias, not for the block.

with holy shield, 4s shield is better than 3s shield.

and i doubt that arts shield can be with ed/ar cause u cant shop palie shields and i heard stuff about only x3 mods on magic shields,so its 30block/20faster/other is w/e thats all u can have so no there is no such thing as that shield

an artisans paladin shield of deflecting can spawn with ed/ar, since its the inherent base mod. its just going to be difficult to find one with high ed/ar.

Not difficult, Impossible.

Magic/rare items take on a clvl requirement of their base mods, unlike white items. The best possible would be a 40 ed/80 ar shield.

when compared to 10ed/20ar, 40ed/80 is fairly high.
