I just tried it this morning and it taste discusting(<--is this spelled right I'm tired sorry) but it is alot cheaper than normal toothpaste with added baking soda.

what is the point of baking soda in toothpaste anyway? its also in some laundry detergent now

Apparently it's just used for its abrasive quality in toothpaste so if you wanted something a bit more neutral in flavour try using sand.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there's nothing magical about baking soda as a toothpaste ingredient, just the fact that it doesn't dissolve very well and produces a nice fine grit for cleaning your teeth up.

And also tastes like doodie. I can't even imagine using pure baking soda, that's vomit-worthy.
