In my opinion the Str req on them is too high and shield should have 17fhr to be good. Good luck finding a buyer.

boots are nice... that half freeze is a very useful mod for someone whos not using deaths. BUT they could use some ar or dex or f w/r as well.

as for the shield, if its going to have that high or reqs it needs fhr AND dtm to be useful IMO.
