What are the best thinks you can get on a lvl 9 jewel ?!

These are the Maximum mods I believe and of course they cannot all appear on one jewel. Rares tend to have the most and best mods because they can have more prefixes and suffixes than magic. There are charts on ARREATS SUMMIT which show the possible mods. Hope this helps.

yeah, you can have the +1light radius/15AR mod but i would rather have other mods on it instead like -req or 3dex or something else.
