I'm not so sure I like giving red Giant Growth, black Wrath of God, or green Ball Lightning (they already had the ants... now they have 2 power houses).

Ya...

I do however like the new vampire. I plan to get 4 for my mono black deck.

I still use my blackgreen whoopass deck. Its neat
4-Fallen Angel
4-Herd Gnarr
4-Golgari Germination
3-Thelon of Havenwood
3-Deathspore Thallid
3-Thallid Shell-Dweller
3-Llanowar Elves
2-Sporesower Thallid
2-Thallid
2-Essence warden
2-Sengir Autocrat
1-Jedit Ojanen of Efrava
1-Thelon Hermit
3-Rampant Growth
2-Search for Tomorrow
2-Fallen Ideal
2-Terramorphic Expanse
8-Swamp
3-Hickory Woodlot
6-Forect
3-Golgari Rot Farm

If you look at the cards for more than a few seconds you come to realise this deck is quite potent. Basically every single card is used in a different combo.

I play every week at Friday Night Magic at the local card store.

Previous 3 weeks: UG ScrybForce/Control(Eh, it doesn't really work but it was fun)
This week: Project X
Next week: Possibly Glare

haha
this week is booster draft for FNM (we're using future sight...since we cant use it in standard Smile )

but ive been playing with a deck using 4xjesters cap(b4 july when 9th is out of standard) and 4xjesters scepters
combined with future sights whetwheel and mishra, artificer prodigy i plan on playing control/library depletion.

i know 4x chromatic stars will help with the three colors(with some teramorphic expanses)

it wont work well--but itll be fun if i ever deck somebody Smile.

havnt worked all the kinks--but red/black/blue(for mishra) so all i have to do is get whetwheel and figure out what future sight will help.

Why not run Glimpse and Extirpate as well with a few Cancel, Remand and Rewind backing it all up?

Nah, 3 colors is already rough enough to pull off.

If you're packin duals and the urza lands you'll be able to support 3 colors, not 4. Besides, Green's kinda gimped as a splash color.

New idea is R/B/u control/tron Bitter Ordeal.

Think Traumatize/Haunting Echoes decks of the past but a bit different. Plenty of removal to deal with aggro, bit of counter/etc(Hello Teferi and yes, Venser too!) to stall and stall until Damnation or Boom/Bust hits the board followed up by a Bitter Ordeal which will copy many times over due to a nice high Gravestorm count. Of course Glimpse/Extirpate maindeck as well for more library destruction. Will probably run Whetwheel over Millstone as lategame, which the deck will be, I'll have a ton more mana to pour into Whetwheel.

Another idea is modifying Project X to abuse Bridge from Below as well as Soul/Essence Wardens. Hell, it can be combined with Glare at that point too.

Okay, here's the Project X deck I'll be running at this coming week's friday night magic, although it might change a little, there's a couple duals I'd have to score, as well as another bitter ordeal

Land

2x Gemstone Mine - Color Fixers, can be bounced with karoo lands
4x Overgrown Tomb
3x Godless Shrine
3x Temple Garden
3x Horizon Canopy
1x Golgari Rot Farm
1x Orzhov Basilica
1x Llanowar Wastes
2x Forest

Creatures

3x Crypt Champion
3x Saffi Eriksdotter
1x Essence Warden
3x Soul Warden
3x Loxodon Hierarch
4x Dark Confidant
4x Birds of Paradise
4x Wall of Roots

Spells
4x Bitter Ordeal
4x Chord of Calling
4x Glittering Wish
3x Castigate

Board:
2x Glare of Subdual
1x Castigate
2x Mortify
1x Loxodon Hierarch
1x Ghost Council of Orzhova
1x Teysa, Orzhov Scion
1x Saffi Eriksdotter
2x Putrefy
2x Persecute
1x Loaming Shaman
1x Mystic Enforcer

The gimmick is to use the Saffi Eriksdotter/Crypt Champion combo to do any of the following:

1. Remove opponent's ENTIRE library in one shot via Bitter Ordeal. not good Gravestorm.
2. Generate uber life and either have the opponent scoop or combo into something else via Soul or Essence Warden(s)
3. Generate infinite tokens, remove all opposing blockers and swing in for the kill via Teysa
4. Ghost Council/evasive beats in the form of Mystic Enforcer
5. Little beats backed up by Glare of Subdual.

Glittering Wish pulls almost anything I want out of the board, plus keeping a Saffi there among other things makes the deck a little more resilient against Extirpate.

Thoughts?
