hi, i've been using this wep for quite a while on my lld smiter, and i just want to see how much its worth:

+2 Fanta
Ignore target def
40ias (2 x shaels)
req lvl 30

dmg is only standard 10-17 but it works wonders ^_^

All it is, is a war scepter with +2 fana and 2 soc (since Ignore Target Def doesn't work in PvP and smiters don't use AR anyways).
