I was doing a trade on D2jsp when some kid made me send 1/2 the payment of fg first. (200fg for griffons)

I sent the payment after a long discussion of what would happen, and then he just dropped.
Some people said something about ctmod or something, and there is also that trick with like hitting shift and the cube. Anyone know these? I was a little pissed, because it hurts the screen shots that I use as proof. :-/

I know I have accidently closed out D2 before when I would click or use the cube for something. I don't remember it specifically, but it happened alot more than once.

There used to be one involving a cta, but ive forgotten it. And this has happened to me so much that it must be another way to make yourself drop:

Run from the moor to the very edge of town, press "p" to get to the party sceen, hostile someone then press spacebar and it drops me. Its happened over 10 times.

I wouldnt be surprised if there as some sort of hack that did this at the press of a button.

Side note: i notice how most advertising bots dont leave the game, but drop out.

take any weapon/shield that gives you a skill you don't already have, select the skill and hotkey it
quickly switch weapons and hit the hotkey for that skill

I've noticed an increase in this use lately - mostly in dueling games

Stupid question: Wonder if this has any temp perming to it? Maybe b.net doesn't scan your items (runes) if you don't save and exit? Anyone know for sure?

The recent increase could be down to lag, i think sometimes even when you s&e it wont show you "leave" the game.
