Hello alle leute

so far after searching posts about skill distr. and guides and all that, i've mostly found that people say max conc first, and then put the rest into sac, as far as damage is concerned. is this correct? i've noticed that the ed on conc is more like half the actual shown ed. so im confused, untill im told that sac also has the ed halved or something. need to know ;p thx all

conc is only halved for blessed hammer dmg. it works 100% for zeal.
