These are most of the boundaries of the gear I need.
If any of this gear isn't the best I can get, let me know so I can adjust my list please.
Anything nearly close to the stats above will be considered, I am looking for the best.

4x 15 Lifers for it or 2 high runes or a, "perm" soj.

Is that too little or too much?

If this is the circ youre looking for its really good. For instance Id pay 5 sojs for a 2 combat 77 life circ. I also pay 5 sojs for a 1 zon 77 life circ. But thats me, and martial arts arent as offenly looked for. Ill see what the other guy offers.

i have 5 str larges(NOT SURE IF SOME HAVE AR MODS), a 20 ed jwl with xx ar on it with other mods not sure on them either
