From VVhirl correct? he showed me it and i insisted it was a dupe and he traded gale for it and thinks he got a good deal because it has more damage or something. i'm jealous and you're evil i almost got that sword! 
btw it was a classic drop, he told me

its not listed on a site with supposedly all of the classic dupes. so its either very minimally duped or its truly legit.

yeah he said he found it on classic, pretty sure it was legit, i almost got it for a second hand on my lld ww barb but then he traded to breakbeatz firts! now i'm trying to get the gale heheeh

It's alright. STR/DEX req's are way too high, though. Plus, it's lvl 30.

You West people and you no WW rule  There are tons of WW barbs on East.
Yea, I'm sure it's legit, this guy kept saying "I have a nice sword" and I eventually looked at it and said I wanted it. I said I'd give him a better sword for it and he was soooo happy with the trade.

It already has the same reqs as gale, they are both exe swords without -req.
Damage is about the same too, and I like the cold dmg a lot. It just doesn't have the skills

No u don't. Base speed is 10, u need 45 ias so both this sword and gale hit 4 frame ww with a shael.
