How important is resistance with lvl 9 duelling.
Is it worth to give up damage for resistance?

PS: I'm building a lvl 9 Basher Barb (hell rushed).

i would never sacrifice dmg over resists as 99.999% of lvl 9 duelers are casters maybe bit resists might be good if you public pk as there will be some 20+ lvl casters but for lld v lld i wouldnt bother much bout resists and you will get 30all res already from quests if you hell rush rest should be rather easy to get even without sacrificing dmg

The only elemental damage you should really run into would be level 12 cold sorcs (assuming no publics).

Hell rushed = 30 resists, which should suffice, And you should always have deaths in your stash i guess.. +15 res. So thats 45 and i guess taht would be jsut fine.
