First of all, what category would he fit in?

Ok, my thoughs:

With hell rush:
Vengence - 13
Holy Shield - 6
Conviction - 1
Resist Fire - 3
Resist Ice - 3
Resist Lightning - 4
Pre req - 11
Total: 41

Equips:
Weapon: Eth Honor Knout or Divine Scepter with skills
Helmet: Peasant Crown, 2 offencive circlet with good mods.
Amulet: 2 Offencive auras or 1 all with mods
Shield: Spirit?
Boots/Belt/Glove: Sigons?
Rings: SoJs
Charms: Max dmg, Ar, Life.

Why not 13 into vengeance while you are at it? Level 12 vengeance costs 6.75 mana per attack. Level 17 vengeance costs 8 mana per attack. While spirit shield + sojs might be good enough to support that, you may wish to consider 40+mana gcs.

Vengeance does its +%elemental damage off your base damage. Unless you can find a good rare, an honor divine scepter (with skills) would be your best bet.

People have tried this build and it's not good at all. You can use skill planner to figure out how many damage you can roughly get.

The main problem, I think is Vengeance hits to dang slow. Even if you use a 5 Shaeled Septer with 2 points in Fanatism you will only hit 8 frames at level 30.

yea this build is crap i also tryed hits way slow is main prob the 2nd is low dmg

ok let me clerify low dmg= low dmg out put
that means that a faster build with decnt to stacked resist will shred u the pvp penaltiy kills the ele dmg u do thus killing this build

Stacked resists don't usually get all covered, usually just one like Ice or Fire. Also, with the proper equipment, you can get conviction to like lvl 10 (-80% resists). So, the damage surely won't be low.

The speed may not be godly, but they are similar to concentrate barbarians. And concentrate barbs aren't bad...

I tried zeal/conviction once using ele damage charms.

worked ok, but /w vengance you might get intrupted ...alot.

no thats not what i mean by out put i mean slow dmg dilivery wich=death in most duels also this wil be in norm where reisit r very hi so unles in nm or hell the dmg is far to low agenst a non pub player
