I re-roll jewels regularly, with a lvl 20 and pskulls on an ilvl13 jewel.

Was just wondering, if i did this with rare rings, would i get the same type of result (ie a good lvl 9 ring with ar/+stats/replenish)

I believe that it is easier to get gold than perfect skulls. However, both methods have advantages and disadvantages.

6Pskulls method
Controlled ilvl
Harder to get skulls

Gambling method
semi-controlled ilvl --> chance of getting undesired mods
easier to get gold
