An artisan's ghost armor of the whale isn't impossible, just really crappy.

ricedragon...haven't seen that name in a while. The jewels I would use for crafting. The weapon is pretty crappy and the shield is usable, but doesn't have much value.

20% is enough if you have a decent mana pool of ~50 or so. If you don't have say, an ar/mana/stat ring and you only have your base mana pool, you'll likely run out of mana.

There's nothing wrong with mixing skill frw and item frw. The item frw is considerably less effective when compared to skill frw though.

I tested +ar on weapon with kicks back in 1.11 or something like that and my conclusion was that it helps.

You really want to be using max jewels for a bowazon.

You can't craft items for level 9s. Minimum level req for a crafted item is 14.
