hmm...well, to be honest, it would need to have at least 40 life to be comparable to a 2 socket helm for me. I need the fhr from shaels too badly.

yup, has to be at last +5 frozen orb one-handed sorc weapon, level 30 or less. I can trade LLD (see my tradelist) or high level (I have a lot more high level). offers include infinity, CoA, others.....

well, without fcr or cold mastery it's not THAT fantastic. I think you sort of overestimate it.
