im not 100% sure but i think 45 life charms can only drop from the highest level monsters, like baal and such. you have to use a charm dropped from them and keep rerolling

definitely get sojs. id also work on getting a better weapon. you have the right idea of a weapon with ias/skills but your base weapon is slow and i didnt check but i dont think 60ias/fant is getting ...

the only things that i can think of that reduce it are magic damage reduce items and crafting a ?safty kite shield? i havent been on in a while but i think thats it. also necro bone skills do the same...

the only necro of those that i remember dueling is chewies necro. krajee's necro is the one that uses some of jerkazoids old stuff right? maybe ill get one one of these days and have a big NvNvNvNvN. ...

dont quote me on this but i belive that lvl 14 req is the lowest crafted character level.

actually any cow can drop it but the king has higher odds because it usually drops a lot of rare/set/uniques. just make sure when you kill him that you have already killed the cowking in previous game...
