I think the ww will move at the same speed no matter what your frw is.

(It may go faster, but will get the same amount of hits)

Almost 100% sure.

Get less dex or str the however much you need to use.

(Say the bow needs 100 str, get 99 str, AFTER ITEMS)

use 1 charm that adds 1+ str, and the bow will be invisible.

My lvl 18 has about 2.4k AR, and has no trouble hitting most people.
Pretty much anyone 18 or under you will be able to hit most every time.

Higher chars with low def, are also easy hits.

I am fairly sure it is the weapon speed that determines the number of hits...Unless you are playing Classic.

Anyone else know for sure?

I would definitly go for a necro.
Necros can kill easily, and do decent dmg against any class.
Bone armor=not good ele druid.
