Most LLD started as PK'ing and getting a "Hell Rushed" allowed your low levels to compete with higher levels a little easier.

Not being able to kill things is quite a BIG weakness imo... But heck, we've all made builds for fun.

There is a lvl 28-30 smiter guide further down this list, but if you want a holy freeze version they arnt that great but can be annoying. Maxers dont work with smite.
