I know there was a bug at some point where when you die in a game, the res you got from the act5 quest.. disappears

is that still in effect?

and if thats the case, whats the point in even doing that quest?

it doesnt show in the stat window, and the point in doing it is if you dont die, you have +30 all resists. if someone kills you before the bug is in effect, then it wouldnt really matter if you did the quests or not. but the quests may help you from dying in the first place.

What he's saying is why do the quests at all if the resists dissapear for good after you die once?

but they don't dissapear for good, do they? the first time you die in each game you join you lose them for the remainder of your time in that game. Unless i'm missing something..
