Oath. Easily. Jason and I both have a 55 barb, pretty much the same build I think. He uses Oath, and I use Kingslayer (cuz I'm on NL), and he gets 2k more damage than me.

WW vs Conc is pretty much preference I think. I just dont like WW because it makes for boring duels.

the chance to cast bone spirit is practically useless. it was one of the main mods i was happy and hoping to see usefull, but 80% of the time one casts, it floats right be the opponent, as it seems to cast AT the opponents location (on top or just beyond him) and not AT the swords location (infront of the opponent). thus is sees nothing to track, and just floats on by.

oath easy... and as far as bs goes... if you hit them with conc and it goes off it does some prety sexy damg

a lvl 20 bone spirit is 340-369 magic damage before MDR and pvp.

ya the bone spirit damage isn;t any good not worth choosnig it for. it's basically damage vs cb/ow and some ar it wuold probably help decide better if you could find a way to post the damage from an eth oath bb and a kingslayer bb too
