At level 18, you won't really need IAS or faster r/w with the build. My recommendation would be a 3 os light plate or a 4 os gothic plate with max damage jewels.

FRW is absolutely neccesary for a level 18 BF sin to compete. I recommend large charms w/ AR.

Good thing Assassins have a nifty little skill called Burst of Speed. With an Angelic Sabre and a Sigon Shield on my switch, plus my +1 Shadow Helm, my run/walk speed is fine.

As a hybrid with only one point in Claw Mastery, your damage is going to be low and you can't afford to use Bronze LC's of Inertia.

Blade Fury - I use WoF just to pick off life while they dodge my stars. Plus it's easy to lure them into traps for the final blow when they're low on life.

I believe it's possible to have max damage/AR/FRW on an LC.

Well I can see you found the size button. Would it helped my point if I also enlarged my text?

Additional run/walk speed is largely unnecessary with this build. If you build this character according to my guide, you will have enough points in BoS that any run/walk from your charms is an unnecessary sacrifice in your life. Last I checked, faster run/walk suffers from diminishing returns, which makes inertia charms even more of a waste. You can already outrun your opponents - let's not sacrifice 350 life so that you can still outrun them.

I know some people like to build characters that are designed to run away as fast as possible in order to replenish life. This character wasn't meant to be one of them.

Any ranged build; All ranged builds; Every ranged build; is most effective massing FRW as opposed to life.

The diminishing returns aren't nearly as significant as they are made to seem.

In fact, that average rate of increase from 0 to 300 FRW is 1/75 yds/frw. Which isn't miniscule. 100% FRW from charms will add over 1 yard to your speed per second maybe even two.

At level 14, you are able to outrun guided arrows. At level 18, you should be able to smoke them, hence making you invincible.

What good is 350 life, if you're invincible?

350 life < invincibility

hmm i kinda agree with speed just for the fact that i used it with my 18 sorc more of speed so id have enough frw and fcr , depending on opponent and run cast run cast which seems like the same scenario here speed might be better

Virtuous, I cannot understand why you keep harping on run/walk speed while ignoring the fact that 4 points in Burst of Speed allows me to outrun everyone I face. Run/walk speed doesn't make you invincible - far from it. Especially since this build uses a skill that forces you to remain in relatively close proximity to your target.

There are very few characters that will compete with this build, if it's built correctly. You need as much life as possible against chargers. You need as much life as possible against guided zons, because you need to put yourself in the range of guided arrows in order to hit them. Most other builds can't compete - some might just try to force a stalemate, but that's it.

What part of diminishing returns do you not understand? Of course you get a benefit starting at zero - try starting at 61.

Mungloid, feel free to try either one. But if you want the best results, you're going to need as much life as possible because the chars that can hit you, hit hard. Overloading on run/walk speed won't fix that.
