well level 29 zon could still be lots of stuff, guided arrow zon, jabazon, and countless other differnt zon builds (although not all of them are effective). assuming that you are indeed a charged strike zon, mabe a good charger pally could beat you, but i dont have one of those.

No offense, but a CS zon can be taken down by anything with decent resist. Otherwise you sacrifice melee gear for skill gear... not a good decision in my opinion.
