Regen chargers are arguably some of the best duelers around especially vs. ranged or casters.

I decided to go lvl 31 so I can use "Skin of Flayed One" armor for the massive life rep on it (mine has 24 rep).

So, I'm gonna use pcrown on switch and socket both with pskulls. There are a FEW minor gear questions I have:

Angelics are pretty much standard but would replacing ONE of the rings for a ar/+5rep/life/mana ring be a good idea?

If I craft not good life/rep life boots are they worth it vs. sanders?

Should I skip the pskulls and go for max/ar jools since I'll need the ar?

Aura for regen... it looks as though medi gives the same rep life cleanse does but I see chargers using cleanse more than medi anyone know why?

For weapon I was thinking Coldsteel Cutlass for the horrible ds and ed and slow enemy

On my lvl 30, I used a shael in my armor and a max/res jewel in my pcrown. With insight out and mediocre charms, I have over 4k ar. With my bhammer out, i still have over 2k ar, so ar really isnt a problem and you dont need angelics. I use 2x rare rings w/ ar, life, mana, etc...essentially the rings i used to use on my ww barb. If you max out prayer, you wont need to use rep boots (shit, you have like 46 rep life with pskulls in your gear, and over 20 life healed per 2 sec from your aura).

I would put 1 point into med for mana recovery when you dont have insight out, but the reason you probably see most of em using cleansing is because with insight out, using med wont give you double heal auras, so you have to use cleansing or prayer (and cleansing doesnt take mana)

Coldsteel is a decent choice for the slow and whatnot, but honor is tough to beat (especially a divine scepter with +med so you dont need a hard point)

i would use 2x angelic rings. it will solve your ar problems and give u the +6 life rep.

i would at least attempt to craft some g-g blood/caster boots (whatever one has the life + rep. i think its blood :/ )

if u use the other angelic ring, p skull your gear. Life + mana rep.

For the wep i would use an insight poleaxe/runestaff. if your really set on using coldsteel, then get an insight runestaff for switch just in case.

EDIT: forgot about the massive ar bonuses that insight gives you :/

if u go with that you can use whatever rings you want, although 2much ar never hurts, and you wont really need much mana with 17 med on all the time.

i wouldent pskull, cause if your gonna be lvl31 why not put dols? 7rep each. Also it woulde be cool if u use a 4x dol shield thats 28rep there.
So here goes:
24rep flayed one+dol = 31rep
perf pcrown with dol = 19rep
honor = 10rep
angelic rings = 12rep
a nice fhr/life/5rep belt = 5rep
umm if u can find rare gloves with 5rep that would be nice =5rep
crafted boots = 10rep
4x dol shield if u want = 28rep
thats a total of = 120rep
all your other stats will be bad with this unless you use those really nice charms of your zealot
