Do Double Runewords Still Synergize?

I remember the merc bug glitch that allowed mercs auras to go thru the roof! And, I know they fixed that bug.

If I have a char that wears double dream runewords will I get lvl 30 holy shock?

This is for a character... not a merc. Thanks.

This is how auradins are still viable Smile

The glitch just kept the aura stacked while you re-applied another 14-16 levels of the aura. You can still get a lvl 44 holy fire aura on an a3 merc, just not any higher.

Anything else which is worth adding to this?

Does lightning mastery increase the damage it does?

I know lightning mastery works, not sure about facets. I think they would work though..

Lite mastery DOES increase aura dmg tho. I think only the -res works on the facets.

imo the + dmg works also cuz it is a light skill after all..

Enough to mf normal in the most lazy fashion.

Wfg and I both have a level 65+ sorc in normal for this reason.

Very true. So, 2 x Dream runewords = lvl 30 holy shock aura. Add to that Lite mastery and dmg is increased by around 300% iirc and depending on items you use. If you use tons of +skill items I think it is around 340'ish possibly more. iirc the dmg was worked out to around 1.8k pulse or more correctly 1-1.8k. You can clear a full pub cow game in around 15 - 30 seconds. I tele around with the "alt" button down so I can pick up items I'm looking for. I also don't keep any charms other than a gheeds and a mfsc. this keeps my inventory clear to pick up many items before I need to ID them.

If this girl were hell rushed with all the extra skills stats etc... she would be a pretty nasty dueler IMO. The lite pulse would at least annoy ppl and her back up skill is orb. So, at lvl 90 she'd do some pretty nasty orb dmg with a fairly efficient lite pulse to go along with.
