Upped twitch(unjeweled at the moment)
4 eth 2 shael naga(had a dimensional w/ 5 shaels, when i went to put the last one in, my dumbass accidentally put a tir in it >.<)

skills:
19 maul
14 or so WB
3 lycan
1 oak
he has 121 str to use naga
enough dex for max block
rest in vit
he has very few charms right now so final stats arent very impressive

Outside IAS doesnt help much for bear swing speed, and you're swinging much much too slow.
Use Wereform to figure out exactly how much weapon ias and outside ias you need to hit 4 frame maul.
There's a few choices for your weapon:
6 shael naga
6 shael crowbill
6 shael Dimensional blade
The type of weapon you use should depend on the rest of your build. If you have a Holy Ornate of Simplicity, use the naga, and go for a Def-based build. Otherwise, use one of the other two, and use a 4 sock gothic with as much + max as you can possibly muster.
Outside ias wont help much, so ditch the death's set for String and upped Bloodfists. You just can't beat out the mods bloodfists have to offer, unless you plan on using Cleglaws for pubby games. String is a much better choice, as 15% dr will last a long time with the large amount of health a bear has.
Since you've now lost your CBF, make it up in a Rhyme Grim Shield. Try to shoot for as much def as possible (160+) as it'll get multilplied through with the shift.
About your helm: Guillhames is a great option, if you're going that high. Otherwise, a 3 maul pelt, with 3 x max jewels is going to be your preference.
The most important thing: prebuff, prebuff, prebuff! Before you shift, get as much possible + skill gear as you can. +2 shape ammy/circlet/club/sig shield, sojs. It REALLY makes a difference in your damage/life. On my 18 bear I prebuff with a measly angelic sickle/sig shield/+1 wb/lycan helm, and it makes a difference of well over 120 life.
That's all i have for now. Cheers!

or an artisans gothic of the squid (3 sockets, 78 life). gaining 78 life, IMO, is worth losing 15-24 max dmg.
