i was wondering how does leap work? does the knock back/stun or whatever its doing get bigger radius with bigger lvl?

Yes.You can knock back whole screens with a high enough skill level.

Im pretty sure that when you knock them back their blocking rate is reduced and = to when they are running.

I think the max radius is 18 Yards or so.

The farthest you can "leap" is 18.6 yards. The stun radius in yards is determined by | Code: | | stun radius = 1.98 + .66*slvl |

no..
it puts them in double fhr animation it doesn't affect their blocking
