Ok so... sometimes a HLD smiter will hit me a few times and take away all my mana on my MLD sorc who uses ES.

Occasionally, my facet will cast even if I didn't die, and sometimes it'll cast more than once. So far the max times I've seen a facet cast was 4 times.

Does anyone know why?

Some of my ventilo buddies have done some testing this on east using a shapeshifting druid, they have been able to get as much as 9 facet casts before they die from EACH facet (they use a a multi 4 die facet armor)

I'll try and see if I can persuade them to explain more here.

The thing weaj is talking about is where a ss druid is in bear or wolf and when he gets enough dmg taken to take him out of ss the facets will activate and then activate again when you die.

Ive done the wolf one. And once you turn back into human form they cast. It counts as you dieing even if you dont. Yet ive never seen it from a sorc.

i've never seen it from a sorc either, but this is interesting i know i use the whole die facet thing to my advantage on my ss druid giving fohers a hell of a time to kill me Smile

hehe but ive never heard of it from a sorc and the most novas ive seen casted was 5 on my ss druid from my being hit with teeth or multi arrow but never seen it on a sorc

edit: ha just hit 15 novas in 1 series i love it got 3 kills with it Wink

but yeah got it from a smiter with my rabies druid
