The circlet is completely legit, stats are..

20% FCR
10% FHR
+35 Mana
+40% Lightning Resist
Damage Reduced by 3
+13 Life
1 Open Socket

Required Level 21

Also have
+2 Wearbear
+3 Lycanthropy
+2 Wearwolf

2 or 3os whichever u can make a white wolf head into, req level 3.

(Helm is White) I will put sockets in if anyone is interested..

Edit:: Also have a 2os Mechanic's Bone Wall Shield of Blocking

10% Faster Block Rate
15% Increased chance to block
2os

(I think those are the block mods)

I can safely say the shield is worthless. As for the circlet, I'd say it isn't really interesting either as it has no + skill tabs / all skills. You may want a second opinion on the circlet though.

I have no idea about the helm.

I just wasn't sure, I am brand new to LLD I don't really know what items are considered good or bad.. ;P

Hmm.. I also found a +3 Bone Spirit Nec Shield req level 30, but all the other mods are useless, do people look for faster block rate on those shields?
