Pretty sure this is worth something, but I don't know how much. It could use fcr but the 125 bp could be reached with it regardless. If it isn't worth a considerable amount I might keep it for myself, but how useful is this on a 1/10 scale?

err, you sure you didnt see the 20 fhr as 20 fcr

A bone necro really needs 20 fcr on his criclet to hit the 125 bp without having to use FCR rings. I suppose its a decent temp.

Yes, I know the lack of fcr makes it less than godly. I would think it better than a pcrown though, as pcrown will give you +1 skills and 40 life (I think?) on a necro whereas this gives a straight 50 life, +2 PnB (and you really don't need summon or curse +skills unless you bm) and 8 dexterity, so you could throw more into vita. Unless you really like the frw, which can be had elsewhere, it doesn't really make sense. More life, more skills, fhr, and comparable mana from the circlet make it about 35% better than pcrown, and with either setup you would need fcr rings.

Shame it didn't have fcr so SoJs could be used though. Sad

This being the case I would personally rate it 6/10. Just wanted some opinions about it, and see if it is worth something in a trade.

so the circ has 1 pnbskill/10life/8dex up but down +12rep/15%frw.
