with a lvl64 char
no life no -reqs no 2os but 1345 def is pretty o.O

ok I wont Smile

I have 4x eth ancient armors atm..
I want to make one g.g. armor for my lvl9 defi smiter and one for a lvl15 dueler..
so I know I dream/ask too much but your and wfg-dude's last posts make me a bit confused since 8-36 or 8-40 that lvl ranges quiet huge :/
can u clarify it a bit more pvz? o_O

Imbuing on a range of char lvl 8-36 will give you the same results since when qlvl > ilvl, the formula will work with ilvl = qlvl.
So no matter what, it will still have a chance to be req lvl 9+.

ps: Sorry i just corrected an error on that 8-36 8-40. Since imbue adds +4 ilvl, imbuing at char lvl 36 will give you ilvl 40, which is equal to Ancient Armor qlvl.

Alright, theres one thing in here i dont know about because its never been in the guides ive read before.
Can someone explain what the magic level of items is, and how the mlvl works? Like, if I'm imbuing/crafting/rolling, how does mlvl affect what happens? Ive always calculated alvl off of only ilvl and qlvl. And one more thing, how do i know the mlvl of an item if i get it from vendors/gambling?
and gah when will the affix calc be back! i never saw anything about mlvl on the affix calc

Immaw... I love your sig!! Taht is funniest sig I've seen in a long time. Although my sig of Saddam gettin his ass OWNT is an all time fav.

mlvl doesn't work iwth imbuing... that is more clvl than anything else. mlvl affects crafted items in only two ways that I know of... this isn't official... just experience... but low mlvl (ie: items bought a1 or a2 norm tend to give good chance of low lvl imbue). And, ilvl 90+ rings/ammys give a good chance of hi lvl mods on imbues. You will see ppl requesting ilvl 99 blue ammys to craft their sweet 2skill/fcr/stat/life ammys etc. I've done a bit of crafting myself and buying from NPC for hi lvl isn't the same as finding in ws chamber IMHO. Again that is experience vs. the actual answer so YMMV. also, mlvl as far as I know refers to "monster" lvl not magic lvl. A lvl = affix level and Q lvl = quality level.... both of which affect magics. So, if a war scepter (low qlvl... too lazy to look up) has + fana on it then the ilvl = alvl since it is the highest of the two.

I confuse myself thinking of this shit so I hope I didn't make it worse. Jerkazoid and krajee seem to know the most about it but neither of them can seem to make it make sense to "tards" like me so GL hahahahaa.

But i'm not quite satified with the current list, I'll try to figure if its possible to imbue class-only itamz and still get good auto/staff-mods. I have some clue they are alvl 50~ish i think, so might not be near to impossible :/

Ps: Was messing around on some mules and gathered some imbuables i had, even made an Acc to hold them.
<3 imbuing.
