While I would generally echo this sentiment, I only imbue non-eth TSpears at level 35. The only reason to use a TSpear over a War Javelin on an 18 throwing character is because you can dex-glitch TSpears easily. War Javelins have more damage, but the low reqs make it impossible to glitch them.

If you use an ethereal TSpear, most classes can no longer dex glitch them. If it's going to be visible, you may as well use the higher damage War Javelin.
