that ws is crazy however i feel the 50% ds from cleg is by far greater. 50% chance on every swing while on the ws the proc is 5% (although facing 5% ctc wpns it SEEMS way more then 5% lol)

in the optimal world an avg dmg or min dmg 18 using clegs would utterly destroy anything. thats the bane of 18 zealots and keeps them from being impossible to kill period; extreme min-max. rolling ds when you do 6 pvp dmg doesnt do squat.

sadly the 8-14 jewel or 8-9/60 ar will either a: never spawn, b: spawn on europe, or c: fall into the hands of breakbeatz2 :]

well id probably get the second one, but thats still moot.

i still think if the optimal situation came forth and i had unlimited 8-14s i would still use clegs.

the avg dmg would be insane enough to justify it

You'd also solve the problem of the low min rolls if you had unlimited 8-14's to choose from, so I'd probably opt for Cleg's there as well. I still believe that ultimately a 3 Zeal 3 Conc war scepter would be the best, but it's just too hard to argue with the raw killing power of Cleg's.

on the war sceptor, your ideal jewels would be 20ed 4-14 jewels, which acts as 6-17.4 dmg (11.7 avg dmg) jewels, which is much better than 8-14 (11 avg dmg) jewels .

the two best war sceptors on East ladder:

R-freedom has a 3 defiance, 2 zeal, 1 conc 5 socket war sceptor, socketed with 5x 20ED / 15max jewels.. for his defiance zealot

HarryCarps has a 2zeal 3 conc 5 socket one.. not sure about his jewels though.

You'd only need the ar vs defense based chars...not to mention that my zealot has like 2300+ ar w/ clegs...b.aim puts it up to nearly 3k iirc. imo, keeping a visionary circ/helm (and a clegs sword if you dont use one most of the time) and having b.aim should keep your ar high enough to hit defense based chars
