I would say a good beginner ammy, 2 stat / good ar / all res is always a plus. If I needed it, I would probably pay about 3-5 15's on it.

Naw this amulets 1 x 15 at most you can easily get a 5 stats amulet with ar or another mod

unless it's 5 or more to stats, or has some other obscene mods with at least 3 or 4 stats, it isn't really worth much. this is a 15 or less

i respect you're opinion but i thought that every mod on this was valuable, dr, stat, ar, res, max?

or is the case just not enuff of each?

not enough str, and that's the biggest problem with it.

res really doesn't play a big role when dealing with lvl 9's, since most of your casters are in the lvl 15 range.

not to mention that a 5 stat ammy is fairly cheap, anyway.
