I cannot seem to find where to download free limewire, i tried limewire.com but there wasn't a place to download.

The last time I kept up with these things, limewire had some nasty spyware. I'm sure there's a less intrusive client out there somewhere. I'll do some researching for you!

There should be a big button that sayd Get It Now.
Press Get Basic
Press I will not use it for copy infringement Rolling Eyes

.
Press Windows (If you are using Windows)
Press Download

Doesn't work for me. I was going to add that, but didn't feel like it.

When I hit download now after all that, it takes me to a new website where there's no place to download. No matter how many times I try to download now, it'll take me to that evil website. Might I thank you for reminding me up my mental state.

You press download now, and then it takes you to Cnet.

it says you are being redirected Confused

. check if your pop-up blocker or firewall is blocking the download.

or you can always get the trial version of limewire. then open up limewire and download the full version Wink

the download you are trying to get is probably a trial version if its hosted on that website.
