Rare Jewel (LvL 30): 15%E dmg/8 min dmg/ 2 max dmg/ 6 dex

Seems alright to me for a 30 min build (i know they are rare). However, how much of an issue is the 2 max? Typically min builds stay away from max dmg modifiers, but it seems likely that the 2max will prove irrelevant.

But its almost impossible to make a good min build after level 14, because max damage charms are so important to melee builds and would have no effect on a min damage build.

oh, assuming one was to embark on such a build...how good would this jewel be? 12 min is max for lvl 30 no? Does the 15ed/6 dex compensate?

ear had a min damage VLLD sin. Weaj actually made a min damage level 30 zealot if I recall correctly - I'd check with him if he doesn't post here.

12 min dmg is the most lvl 30 jewel can get. Rares can spawn ed/stats (like yours did) but as far as dmg goes... that is the most.
