Alright so IDEALLY i'm trying to craft a belt something along these lines:

24fhr
10 ow
rep life
base life or str

the "of centaur" 60life suffix requires alvl 30.

Rolling and gambling a mesh belt on a lvl 52 char:

Ilvl of belt = 52
qlvl of belt = 43

Since 52 is smaller than [99 - (52/2)]:

affix lvl = ilvl - [qlvl/2]
affix lvl = 52 - [22]
affix lvl = 30

Therefore, the "of centaur" can spawn. Did i do this right?

I believe on crafted belts that ammount of life would most prolly make the belt req lvl > than 30
even tho I suck about this a i c lvl thingies I'm %90 sure about that

edit: I think best life on crafted items u can get for lld is like 30?
pls correct me if I'm wrong

If you're crafting LLD belts, you're going to want to shoot for mods with a level req of 17 or under.

You can't get any mod with lvl req 18 on an LLD crafted item.

FYI - You can only get a mod with level req 15 on an LLD crafted item if it's the only affix that spawns.

Nope.

The req. level of a crafted item is equal to the highest affix's level req + 10 + (3 * number of affixes). 24 FHR is level req 13 iirc, so you can get at most one other affix on a crafted 24 FHR LLD belt.
