that way, when im recovering, im recovering +20 (prayer + med)

this build will give me stacked resists, high life (somewhat), high ar, but low damage...

if i can get my inventory full of damage charms... it should be ok, right?

i would go for higher prayer and put at least 1 cleansing.

how do u get 37 skill points w/o prereqs? I assume its Hell rushed?
I'll try to help for a normal rushed one here we go..
(assuming he is a 2hander charger)
26+4: 30 skill points
1:smite
14:charge
7:prayer (if you are planing a rep charger you need more prayer)
1:cleansing
7:might (if you are planing a dmg charger you need more might)
your main auras should be cleansing and might.
10max/ar/15+life gcs would make u cheaply more viable.. if you can get 3max/ar/12+life scs you can do great job.
if u can find +1 pally/visionary 2os circlet that should let you wasting less skills in charge so that u can have more dmg by pumping might..
peace armor / 24fhr high life mana rep life rare belt / 110+ar 40+mana rep life rare ring are some other nice options..
these are my opinions thou.. I know there are some charger experts out there whom you can get better ideas.

I personally find that for pubs a Poleaxe insight works better cause it has such low reqs (thus more into life) but Partizan is fine too.
My cleansing charger has maxed prayer and 1 into cleansing (use cleansing because it heals the same as prayer without eating mana), and disperse remaining stats between charge and might as you see fit.

Its a regen charger, the focus is on regenerating, isnt it? And IIRC you get more dmg bonus and more ar bonus from more into charge than in might. I will check later

yes, its hell rushed...

charge = 25% damage 15% ar, might = 30% damage

i like the visionary circlet thing... i think i'll go with that, but i have rep life 6 on both my rings, and i think the ar / life boost from angelics outwieghs anything from that...

So... my new skill build would be more like this...

20 prayer
16 charge
1 might
1 cleansing

this is supposed to be a more balanced dueler... hence, I like the idea of 25%dam / 15%ar better than 30% dam... and i really don't want to loose to a conc barb... ><

what do you guys think i should do, balance charge/might better, or leave as is?

545% damage, 275% AR, +54 heal with cleansing

I think my damage will be low as it is, but im going to quick look into that other weapon... just to see if the life:damage is worth it

109 damage vs 279 Health... considering this build isn't a kill in 1 hit... i don't know what to think... someone give me thier thoughts on chibi's idea

yea go for double angelics if u think you're not gonna have mana problems.. but my insight charger has very low mana with double angelics (I was getting out of mana even with 17 medi) so that I decided to use a rare ring like the one I suggested.. edit:yep soj is not an option thnx matt wuz confused.. all up to you

regen from skills is number of life replinish every 2 seconds. prayer and cleansing and meditation stack.
