Okay... Basically, Squall (mr.snuggles) doesn't have internet, and is at a friend's house... He can't get here.

He can't make the tournament, and says to Dely that he's sorry.

Well, he can't come to the tournament...is this only pertaining to Dely or is this part of LLD101? I honestly don't know.
