Ok now i'm making a lvl 30 fireball sorc. My gear will be spirit sword, vmagi, 2 fire 20 fcr circlet, 2fire skill ammy with res, visceratuant, sojs, and cow king.

Now for the belt, i don't know wich should i choose. I was recommended nightsmoke but i don't think i really need the res, i already have enough.
I was thinking of maybe use 15%dr soe vs melee? Well my choice would be of using a godly fhr +stat belt (saving me up shael), but there if they are +stat i cant use a soe. Anyone know what should i do? I think i will go with the fhr belt, but i would like opinions.

imo soe.. 15dr + mdr is always nice to have.. covers up all attacks u might encounter..

a rare fhr/str/hp/res belt is always an option. depends on who you expect to be dueling really. 50+ life and fhr is better against most casters than 15 mdr imo.

a crafted caster belt could also be great saving fcr for something else or get it just for the mana regen

a nice 24 FHR belt with Str/Life/Mana Regen is imo the best choice.
