i was going to tell you to look at the stickies but the ww barb sticky seems pretty outdated

you cant place 21 points into axe mastery

also at lvl 30 you get 41 skill points you only used 29

eth rep ornate plate life/2or3os would be godly
rhyme on casters artisans tower shield of deflecting on other meles honor naga i guess is ok string is good

i suggest taking him out of norm, because you could really benifit from more points into battle orders.

if you're on a budget, i suggest getting your hands on a peace runeword mage plate, a high defence grim rhyme sheild, possible 2-3 ethreal ones for when you're opponent has cold dmg. also upgrade a swordback hold shield and maybe shael it or put a max dmg damage % to mana jewel. the open wounds on the shield proves to be a cheap alternative to useing a deflecting modded tower shield with max dmg jewels.

i would use string of ears when dueling any melee char, and hdins/bone necros because of the dr and mdr. when dueling casters use deaths sash for the cannot be frozen and use either another honor naga or a 6os naga with 2 shaels and some ed/max dmg jewels for casters (weapon in each hand, where blocking is not needed)

once you come across some more $$ i would spring for a 3os lifer lightweight armor with max dmg jewels with added indevidual resist jewels in the areas of cold/fire mostly, for a thid possible jewel maybe a max/resist all jewel, or a max dmg + lightning resist(poisen is not very important)

for gloves i would use single upgraded bloodfist gloves where you are a low strength build and using interchangeable belts for different situations(string or deaths)

for boots, use sanders for most situations for the +stats 40 frw and 100 ar
for melee chars with low defence and non teleporting sorcs/slow running necromancers/non desyncing or non pro hammerdins, use upgraded goblin toes for crushing blow.

rings and amulet i would use angelics set for barb vs barb, and other melee chars where you have 12% damage taken to mana from the amulet/rings, + possible damage taken to mana from a jewel in your swordback hold shield. you will want to have a high mana ring (90 mana being the most for lvl 30) with benifitial mods like attack rating, resistances, max dmg, replenish life, or life for caster duels when you find yourself running out of mana and not having it returned from taken physical dmg.

i hope all of this helped, ill try to post again with a better thought out skill/stat placement.

you should learn how to take screenshots too, not just pictures of your monitor Razz for starters, and 3 soc helm will probably help you more than that one. i learned that the hard way. for the rest of your gear, dual bletters are a cheap effective way to make a bvc. honor knouts are decent for bva. decent dmg, fast, 3 range. peace armor helps your dmg a lot, sanders for ar (goblins for melee perhaps)

bvb would be high def ornate (1200+ or 800+ eth glitched peace) + swordback or 400+ grim.

i was talking more about classic where dex didnt atribute to your block %, so the 20 icb + 20 added to the base of a grim most likely, or a swordback would be all you needed

In classic, there are two options for bvb: twitch + swordback and 800+ornate + 250+ grim.

Range 1 isn't that great for a bvc. If you really must use a bloodletter, pair it with some kind of range 3 weapon.

Another option if you wish to go with nagas is shopping one.
Savage (66-80%ed), merciless (81-100%ed), and knight's (51-65%ed, 81-100ar) are the prefixes to look for, while of alacrity (20%ias), of swiftness (30%ias), of slaughter (15-20max), of butchery (21-40max) are the suffixes to look for. Ideally, you would get a knight's of butchery and double shael it. If you are limited to only using 15ish max jewels, you'll get more damage out of a magical axe. If you find that you are lacking in attack rating, you can even shop a weird (301-450ar) naga of xxx.

whats this i hear about only the main-hand weapon's ias affecting ww speed? my friend was trying to tell me that as long as the main hand has enough ias for 4 frames, that you'll automatically get 2 frame? for example, a dual butcher ww barb would only need to shael the main-hand butcher and you'd get 2 frame?

I would ditch the helm and get a helm with such skills as Weapon Mastery (whichever you decide to use), BO, WW and Increased Speed, just see what you can find, but those are the most useful mods imo.
You will also want to put 7 points in BO no matter what, it really is important to not only get the extra life, but also the duration, you don't want to have to constantly BO yourself, also you should put 1 point in Battle Command.
On the switch you will want to get 2 +2 Warcry weapons, or if you are on Ladder then Spirits are better.

I like Peace on my bva. What he currently uses...

2 Barb combat/visionary/2 sock/+1 iron skin/+2 increase speed (w/ 2 20 maxers)
Peace Archon
IK Gloves
15/15 SoE or IK belt, depending
Sanders
Atsod/Bramble scythe when dual wielding
Bramble scythe Exe
2 Sojs
Rare +2/19 str/19 dex/59 life

If thats any help, also, it would be benefitial to max BO imo.
