So, i think i am correct about this...If you were to upgrade a Rakescar the rlvl would be 30 right? And if so why don't more people use upped rakescars?

I dont really remember what lvl it gets exactly but i think it was 31-34, upper rakescar is ok wep for 35lvl ww barb.

i thought that it went base item rlvl+5 and then whatever highest mod rlvl +5. And since a naga is 25 i thought it would be 30
