I found a curious looking axe while i was mfing the other day, and would like to find a use for it!

Its Rare Axe, ~30charges of lvl 3 zeal and about 30%ed, 2 sox.

I was going to make a wolf druid zealot, but found out that zeal and wolf don't mix!

Would I be best to go to lvl 18 to make use of twitch for the added ias? Or maybe even lvl 21 so I can use SC's?

Which char do you think would make best use of it?

My thoughts are maybe a nec-zealot to make use of Amp and BA etc... Or maybe an ama-zealot for the dodge skills

Or... Is it just junk!?
Any thoughts anyone?

necro zealots do exist, and you are best off finding (shopping?) a war sceptor with a higher lvl zeal (don't know what they go up to but my friend has one with lvl 6 zeal charges) and hope for 2 sockets from quest. I haven't seen one in action but I heard they are pretty good (and you can make a bad mannered variant with life tap Very Happy

)

You can also make a pretty amazing lvl 18 zeal barb with mace mastery. I am not sure if an offensive or defensive build would be better in this case. You may be able to try both out just for fun to see which is better.

Just curious... When buying chaged items.... Is it better to use a higher lvl char.. ie 90+ cus I heard you get higher lvl charges with higher lvl chars.

Yeah also did you gamble/shop this item with a paladin as on other weapons Zeal charge's often are higher lvl requirement than the one's found on warscepters...

no it dropped on eldritch, its lvl 12 req.

I'm REALLY struggling to shop a +zeal sceptre Very Happy

i've been shopping for over 2 hours now and so far i've seen a lvl 1 zeal - 25 charges and a bash charged sceptre Confused

I'm shopping at hell drog with a lvl 90 sorc, is there anyone better to shop at ?

Right, so...

My options are :

Baba - for mace mastery and the critical it gives

Nec for Amp and ba

Ama for dodge and critical strike

Any ideas which would be the best?

I would go necro as you can basicly duel as long as you have mana.. Just use bone armor+amp for damage, once bone armor is gone hit lifetap up on them and lifetap back your life, then ba again and amp hit for more damage then once BA's dead use lifetap again, rinse and repeat Razz

I like casters so I'm a bit biased, but a nec seems to have a lot more options with all those fun curses/bone walls/summons. With a barb it'd just be point-and-click vs melee :-\

Admittedly, the nec won't have the barb's def (how much damage can a level 18's bone armour absorb?) and may not measure up on the ED... Still, curses FTW.

hell, you could even go for a chant/es sorcy. i think. lol, those skills are lvl 24 arent they? if no sorc, i'd definitely go necro, more options with them.

if u were to put it on a sorc with es, then u would need A LOT of mana.
