1.5k ar against a lvl 18 with 250 def is ~88% chance to hit
2k ar against a lvl 18 with 250 def is ~90% chance to hit
2.5k ar against a lvl 18 with 250 def is ~91% chance to hit

I went the economic route. I put full with 15max jewels. I had a hard time collecting the 15maxers, dont want to think about how to get my hands on +18/xx ar jewels. And i think you need to hand over a buttload of runes to get a +2-3 zeal +1 charge war scepter.
I now have ~1.8k ar and avg damage is ~531. Im pretty satisfied with him atm...
My charms can be upgraded tho, thats my next project.
